Fee Structure

– All presenters are required to register and pay the registration fee by September 30th.

– Deadline for registration and payment for normal delegates is by November 1st.

– For student fee, proof of active student status (i.e student ID) is needed at the time of registration and payment.

***Note that failure to produce any proof of payment will result in the delay of confirmation of payment and registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

– 60 days before AP-BIOMECH 2023: 50% of the fees paid

– No refund is allowed for cancellation that is less than 60 days before AP-BIOMECH 2023

– Transfer of registration fee is allowed, and the request must be submitted to the secretariat via email 15 working days before AP-BIOMECH 2023.
